Entrepreneur Property Ltd Works Closely with 25 London Borough councils in London and aims to increase the supply of good quality rented London properties to homeless households across London. Also we work with Landlords who prefers to rent there properties to private tenants such as families and working professionals.

Councils - We help councils to minimise disruption to homeless people on a council’s waiting list by placing them as locally as possible.

Landlords - We Offer Private or Company let 2-5 Year APT/Company let Contracts between Landlord and Tenants with one off Let only service or Fully management service. The benefits to the Landlord will be No VOID Period even if there is No Tenants.

Property Management services such as Guaranteed rent, Tenant Referencing, Energy Performance Certificates, Gas Certificates, Professional Inventory.

What We Do

Entrepreneur Property Ltd aims to provide London homes and housing to homeless households. Working with London Landlords.

We are increasing the supply of homes from the private rented sector to homeless households who councils have a duty to rehouse. The council are supported by £38m funding from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

How We Do It

The London properties are a mix of private rented homes let by the property owner to households nominated by the boroughs and properties leased directly by Entrepreneur Property Ltd from landlords or from managing agents.

As Entrepreneur Property Ltd can issue assured shorthold tenancies as a private landlord or a management company, between the landlord and tenant or Act as a landlord to reduce the homelessness.

Tenants – All our Tenants are fully vetted by the council, which means you get the best possible tenants.

Rent – paid directly to landlord without any void Period.
